職位描述/JOB PURPOSE

• 在跨職能、跨國協(xié)作的環(huán)境中工作；
• 統(tǒng)籌管理種植基地，制定作物生產計劃，確保產量符合預期需求，實現(xiàn)產品的周年、多區(qū)域穩(wěn)定供應；
• 解決生產過程中蔬菜作物（尤其是十字花科類）的植保需求，包括但不限于作物特征特性理解、病蟲害的防治診斷、植物營養(yǎng)調節(jié)、農藥合理使用等環(huán)節(jié)，確保作物產品健康、安全和穩(wěn)產；
• 為種植戶/基地提供栽培、生產、收獲的農藝支持和建議，必要時與國內相關專家建立聯(lián)系；
• 與國際產品研究、試驗、開發(fā)、品控等團隊保持聯(lián)系，為項目的新品種開發(fā)提供建議。
• Working in a cross-functional, multi-cultural team collaboration environment
• Coordinate and manage growers, be responsible for formulating crop production plans, ensuring that product quantities meet expected demand, and achieving annual and multi-regional stable supply of products.
• Solve the plant protection needs of vegetable crops (especially cruciferous crops), including but not limited to understanding crop characteristics, prevention and diagnosis of pests and diseases, plant nutrition management, rational use of pesticides, etc., to ensure the products' healthy growing, safety, and stable production.
• Provide agronomic support and advice on cultivation, production, and harvesting to authorized growers, and establish contact with relevant domestic experts when necessary.
• Maintain contact with product research, testing, development, quality control, and other international teams to deliver advice on new variety development for the program.
  
  

職位要求 / JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 植物保護、園藝學等相關專業(yè)碩士及以上學歷，具備扎實的植物生理、植物保護、土壤肥料等專業(yè)知識和技能，包括對作物生理特性、病蟲害診斷防治、作物營養(yǎng)等方面的深入了解；
• 五年以上植物保護或園藝栽培相關工作經(jīng)驗，擁有豐富的國內各個種植區(qū)的植物保護工作經(jīng)驗，能夠根據(jù)不同地區(qū)的實際情況制定相應的植物保護方案。（技術熟練者可放寬工作經(jīng)驗年限要求）
• 熟練的英語口語和書面水平，文化開放、適應多元文化和跨職能協(xié)作的工作環(huán)境；
• 良好的人際交往能力和團隊合作精神，有服務意識，有責任心、可信賴；
• 較強的溝通能力，邏輯分析能力和運算能力；
• 嚴謹認真，能夠自主工作，并擁有突破障礙的能力，能夠自我質疑；
• 適應性、抗壓能力強，能夠靈活適應不斷變化的工作環(huán)境，適應長期出差；
• 有C1駕照。
• Master's degree or above in plant protection, horticulture, and other related majors, with excellent professional knowledge and skills in plant physiology, plant protection, soil fertilizers, etc., including in-depth understanding of crop physiological characteristics, pest and disease diagnosis and control, crop nutrition, etc.
• More than five years of work experience in plant protection or horticulture cultivation. With rich experience in plant protection in various planting areas, and the ability to formulate corresponding plant protection plans based on the actual conditions in different regions. (The requirements for years of work experience can be relaxed for candidates who meet the required capabilities.)
• Good level of spoken and written English essential, culturally open, and adaptable to a multicultural and cross-functional collaborative work environment.
• Good interpersonal skills and a team player, sense of service, responsibility and reliability.
• Strong communication skills, analytic skills, and numeracy skills.
• Be rigorous and precise, able to work autonomously, ability to push through barriers, and self-questioning.
• Strong adaptability and stress resistance, flexibility/ adaptability/ ability to deal with a changing environment, and adapt to long-term business trips.

• 薪資面議
• 辦公地點為以下?lián)褚唬航K省太倉市、云南省玉溪市、四川省成都市、甘肅省張掖市、陜西省西安市、河北省張家口市、遼寧省沈陽市、山東省壽光市；
• 中英文熟練，或者精通更多語言；
• 主要負責區(qū)域為中國大陸地區(qū)，愿意且適應全國性出差，必要時可能全球出差。
• Salary: Negotiable depending on experience.
• Base at one of the offices as follows, Taicang City Jiangsu Province, Yuxi City Yunnan Province, Chengdu City Sichuan Province, Zhangye City Gansu Province, Xi’an City Shaanxi Province, Zhangjiakou City Hebei Province, Shenyang City Liaoning Province, Shouguang City Shandong Province.
• Proficient in Chinese and English, or proficient in more languages.
• Strong command of English and Chinese, other languages preferable also
• Mainly in charge of the business in mainland China, willing and adaptable to national business trips, potentially globally when required.
